apt bị hỏng trong Ubuntu 16.04

Có vẻ như phiên bản python mặc định của bạn là 3.X. Tôi đã giải quyết vấn đề này bằng cách cài đặt python3-pip thay vì python-pip.

Khi sử dụng pip, vui lòng khác pip cho python2 và pip3 cho python3.
