Vấn đề này chưa bao giờ xảy ra trước khi nâng cấp lên High Sierra (có trên mọi HĐH kể từ Lion). Ngày tôi nâng cấp, sự cố này đã được lặp lại sau mỗi 1-2 giờ và thậm chí 5 phút sau khi khởi động lại hệ thống do sự hoảng loạn của kernel.

Tôi cũng đã gọi cho bộ phận hỗ trợ khách hàng và ghé thăm Genius Bar, và họ không hữu ích lắm (từ việc nói với tôi rằng tôi đã không cài đặt High Sierra đúng cách, để bảo tôi khởi động lại máy tính xách tay của mình, để cài đặt một số tiện ích mở rộng của bên thứ 3 vô hiệu hóa thẻ NVIDIA Graphics và chỉ sử dụng thẻ tích hợp).
