MySQL - mysql_upTHER - Xảy ra lỗi: Không thể thiết lập các biến máy chủ

Tôi tìm thấy một cách giải quyết!

Dừng db của bạn. Sau đó bắt đầu với:

mysqld --skip-grant-tables &

Và sau đó, cuối cùng tôi cũng có thể nâng cấp:

mysql_upgrade

Tôi gặp vấn đề tương tự khi nâng cấp từ 5.7.x lên 5.7.15 bằng cách sử dụng apt-getnhưng không phải trong hình ảnh Docker, mà trên phiên bản Ubuntu 16.04 EC2 cơ bản.

Tôi đã xoay sở để vượt qua bằng cách thiết lập một .mylogin.cnftệp cho tài khoản người dùng root Linux của mình, để nó có thể đăng nhập mà không cần cung cấp tên người dùng và mật khẩu, sau đó chạy mysql_upgradelệnh trong khi đăng nhập vào tài khoản root.

Điều này quản lý để thực hiện nâng cấp bảng hệ thống cần thiết, và sau đó tôi có thể hoàn thành apt-get upgradelệnh mà không gặp vấn đề gì.

Tôi phải

mv /var/lib/mysql /var/lib/mysql.bak

sao chép một thư mục mới / var / lib / mysql chỉ có cơ sở dữ liệu mysql cơ bản. Tôi tình cờ có một cái được lưu trữ tại / var / lib / mysql-new

mv /var/lib/mysql-new /var/lib/mysql
service mysql restart

apt-get install -f

Đã làm cho tôi. Tôi đã thử rất nhiều lời đề nghị khác bao gồm thanh trừng, xóa mọi thứ và bắt đầu lại, chơi với apparmor, v.v., nhưng đây là cách duy nhất hiệu quả với tôi.
