Cấu hình máy chủ Xorg không thành công - không phát hiện thấy màn hình

Tôi gặp sự cố nghiêm trọng với máy chủ Xorg trên Ubuntu 12.04 (với thẻ nvidia 420M GT).

Ở nhà tôi đang sử dụng màn hình ngoài được kết nối với cổng HDMI của máy tính xách tay - màn hình ngoài được sử dụng dưới dạng mở rộng. Nhưng sau đó khi tôi rời khỏi nhà và đi làm, ví dụ như để làm việc, tôi không sử dụng nó nữa nhưng tập tin cấu hình xorg của tôi vẫn như cũ và sau đó một số điều tồi tệ xảy ra. Chẳng hạn - mỗi khi tôi khởi động sau khi ngắt kết nối màn hình ngoài, tôi nhận được một số phông chữ không mặc định và lớn hơn bình thường + một số cửa sổ có lỗi về các chế độ phân giải không tương thích.

Tôi cũng đã nhận được lỗi rằng màn hình đã được phát hiện nhưng không ai trong số chúng có tệp cấu hình phù hợp nhưng sau đó tôi đã cố gắng đặt lại xorg về mặc định của nó (ở chế độ failafe) với

sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg

(Tôi không có mẫu đầu ra nào) và bây giờ tôi bị mắc kẹt với điều này. Thành thật mà nói - Tôi có lỗi này trong khi cố gắng đăng nhập vào failsafechế độ và nhận được hình ảnh giật gân Ubuntu khi cố gắng khởi động bình thường.

OK, vì vậy tôi đã cài đặt lại xserver-xorgvới apt-getvà sau đó xóa ~/.config/monitors.xmltệp và mọi thứ đều hoạt động tốt. :)
