Có vẻ như bạn có hai vấn đề.

Đầu tiên là một vấn đề đặt hàng. Đọc manpage kernel.org trên udev , nó đề cập đến:

Ý nghĩa quy tắc được xử lý theo thứ tự bảng chữ cái. Quy tắc đầu tiên kích hoạt cho một thiết bị tạo tập tin thiết bị. Có vẻ như bạn đã đặt tên cho tệp quy tắc của mình jj-video.rules. Nhìn vào đầu ra mà bạn cung cấp udevadm --debug test, nó cho thấy rằng tệp này được phân tích cú pháp LAST của tất cả các tệp quy tắc trên hệ thống của bạn.

Hãy thử đổi tên tập tin của bạn 00-jj-video.rules. Điều đó sẽ đặt nó đầu tiên trong danh sách quy tắc udev và làm cho nó kích hoạt trước các quy tắc khác.
