Vấn đề tôi đang gặp là sau khi đăng nhập vào GNOME Shell 3.4.1trên Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS.

Sau một khoảng thời gian ngắn (khoảng 0-2 phút), vỏ gnome trở nên không phản hồi.

Di chuột vào góc / nhấp vào nút hoạt động không làm gì cả,
Windows bị kẹt (ứng dụng đang phản hồi nhưng gnome thì không)
Ngoài ra, Alt+ F2không làm gì cả.

Cách duy nhất tôi biết cách giải quyết vấn đề này là vào linux shell bằng cách nhấn
Ctrl+ Alt+ any from F1 to F6, đăng nhập và khởi động lại dịch vụ lightdm.

sudo service lightdm restart

Tôi gặp vấn đề tương tự với Ubuntu 12.04 và Gnome 3.4. Tôi quản lý để giảm thiểu tần suất đóng băng bằng cách làm như sau:

• Thêm ppa: gnome3-team / gnome3 vào nguồn và cập nhật
• Ngoài ra, bạn có thể cố gắng chờ trong 30 giây. trước khi đăng nhập. Nghe có vẻ ngớ ngẩn, nhưng tôi nghĩ không phải tất cả các thành phần đều sẵn sàng khi màn hình đăng nhập được hiển thị cho người dùng. (bạn có thể đổ lỗi cho Canonical vì đã cố gắng gian lận trong thời gian khởi nghiệp :))

Điều duy nhất giải quyết vấn đề này tốt, trong trường hợp của tôi ít nhất, là nâng cấp lên Ubuntu 12.10 và Gnome 3.6.

Giải pháp thay thế

Vì đây là một cài đặt flash, chúng tôi có thể tạo một người dùng mới.

1. Đăng nhập từ thiết bị đầu cuối văn bản

2. Thêm người dùng mới

   sudo adduser <username>
   

3. Thêm người dùng mới vào sudonhóm hoặcadmin

   sudo adduser <username> sudo
   

4. Chuyển về X và thử đăng nhập với người dùng mới
